Homemade Jam Tart






Method

1.Preheat the oven.
2.Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl and rub in the marg until it resembles fine breadcrumbs
3.Add the water tablespoon by tablespoon until it is a moist dough.
4.Grease a cupcake tray and cut the pastry
5. Put the jam into the pastry and bake on Gas Mark 5 for 12-15 mins.





INGREDIENTS
Pineapple Jam- 3 pineapples, peeled and cut into wedges
300g of castor sugar
 Tart Pastry- 400g of plain flour
40g of icing sugar
1 tip salt
250g chilled unsalted butter,cut into cubes
1 egg
1 egg yolk
