According to this article, sleep is very important as it help to
protect your mental health , physical health quality of life and safety .
When I was kid, my father always remind sleep to go to
my bed when its 10 pm at night, he said that you need at least 8 hours of sleep
per day in order to have a healthy body and wake up in fresh condition , but I
always thought that it was just his trick in order to prevent me from watching movies
at late night and enjoy my midnight snack . Im very thankful as now I start to
realize how important sleep to our daily life.
According to
a research by a doctor in Malaysia , he
said “ sleep is involved in healing and repair
of your heart and blood vessels .ongoing
sleep deficiency is linked to an
increase risk of heart disease , kidney disease , high blood pressure ,
diabetes and stroke .
Many of students in university find out that they
are hardly can find time to sleep and plus they got a lot of assignment to be done , at first Im also find a
difficulty as Im currently study in diploma in nautical studies which requires
me to study a lot and do practice in every subject that we learn , but I start
to practice a few tips that I got from internet
such as time management with play vital role in our life , for me whenever I
got free time I will use it to complete my assignment and always take a short nap whenever there is no lecturer in
class , this is very good as it help me to become more fresh and focus in class
. Our surrounding and bed also must be in good and perfect condition in order
to provide us a good and deep sleep . for me Im very grateful as Alam management have provide us with a very good and
comfortable room and bed .

I think
that’s all from me for this time being , I hope the story and advice that I
share will give all of us benefit and avoid us from any sickness that due to
lack of sleep .
